In addition, the company does not bear any responsibility in case the product comes to you having suffered material damage (eg breaking packaging and product).<\/p>\r\n<p>In case you send the wrong order then our company bears all the cost of sending the return and the cost of sending the correct order. You must also contact us by e-mail at info@toaromatopolion.gr to be given instructions regarding the return. If the corresponding product you want is not available, then you are given the option to buy a product of equal value. Also, the returned product must be accompanied by all the documents with which it was received (eg retail receipt or invoice and delivery note).<\/p>\r\n<p>Toaromatopolion.gr does not have a guarantee policy.
